Client portal

Guides, proposals and site reviews often travel as attachments and spreadsheets that clients have to download, fill in and send back. Miles Media wanted one link a client could open on any device to read, answer or sign.

1. Gave each client a folder of guides, wireframes and deliverables, with an automatic index page that lists every file in it.
2. Built signable proposal pages: the client reads the proposal, signs on screen and gets a countersigned PDF, and Miles Media gets an email notice.
3. Built review pages that list every page of a client's current site, with Keep, Change, Cut or Not sure buttons and a notes box.
4. Wrote generators that build each page in the client's own colors, fonts and logo from a short settings file and a spreadsheet of pages.
5. Kept every page out of search engines, with private folders left unlisted.
6. Added a notes tool that turns working notes into a phone-friendly page with tappable checklists, plus a PDF copy.

The portal moved off the old host on August 2, 2026. Signable proposals followed in September 2026 and interactive review pages in October 2026.
