FOFARN

FOFARN is a Pittsburgh apparel line that makes heavyweight embroidered sweatsuits, tees and polos. The founder wanted a store that works before inventory arrives, so every piece starts as Coming Soon and customers can ask to be notified.

1. Built the look from the founder's own direction: an ivory ground, black type and gold used sparingly.
2. Put the signature gold-wing emblem at the top of the homepage and on the About page.
3. Wrote eight product pages with fabric weight, fit and sizes taken from the supplier's own spec sheets.
4. Added notify-me forms that record the product, size and color each customer wants.
5. Wrote shipping, returns, privacy and contact pages so the store is complete before the first sale.
6. Planned each piece to switch from Coming Soon to Buy once it is in stock, with checkout connected next.
