Miles Media CRM

A small agency juggles client details, projects, hours, invoices and leads. The CRM puts them in one place built around how Miles Media actually works.

1. Built client profiles with contacts, websites, notes and relationships, plus a merge tool that prevents duplicate clients.
2. Added projects and tasks on drag-and-drop boards, time tracking and a native Mac menu bar timer that logs hours straight into the CRM.
3. Added invoice tracking that syncs with the payment processor, and a sales pipeline with visual deal stages.
4. Built an email assistant that surfaces action items from the inbox, and a lead intake endpoint for website forms.
5. Added a demo account with fictional agency data that resets every night, so the product can be shown safely.
6. Ran weekly security reviews and kept a version-by-version changelog.
