Minecraft map generator

Turning a real place into a Minecraft world normally takes a command-line program. This tool puts that behind a simple map page that also works on a phone.

1. Built a map page where you search for a place, frame the area and name your world.
2. Added Use My Location and Use Current Map View buttons so it works well on a phone.
3. Connected the page to a server that builds the world from public map data and returns a zip to download.
4. Added a terrain toggle for hills and valleys, and a size limit so one request cannot overload the server.
5. Packaged it to run in a container, with settings to host it in the cloud.
