The brief

The Oaklander is an independent hotel in Oakland, Pittsburgh. Guests liked the candle, robe and mug in their rooms but had no way to buy them, and anyone wanting food or a drink had to call the front desk.

What we built

Built one store covering the signature collection, beverages, food and room service ordering under a single cart.
Photographed products in the rooms instead of on white backgrounds, so guests see them as they saw them during their stay.
Set up sizes as variants, so a polo that comes in four sizes is one product instead of four listings.
Carried the hotel's own identity through every page, so the store looks like part of the hotel.
