Seneca Foundations pours concrete foundations across Butler County and Western Pennsylvania, and handles excavation, forming, pouring and waterproofing with its own equipment and crews. Builders judge a foundation contractor on equipment, crews and finished work, and little of that was online. The company also needed a steady way to find good crew.

  1. Designed a dark, heavy look around photographs of real pours and equipment instead of stock imagery.
  2. Laid out the home page to cover services, why Seneca, who the company serves, reviews and an interactive map of its service area.
  3. Wrote a services page that goes deeper on all six offerings, from excavation and pumping to waterproofing and layout.
  4. Connected the estimate form to the company's existing job management system, so an inquiry arrives as a lead instead of an email to retype.
  5. Added a careers page with a job application form and a plain case for working there.
  6. Set up search basics and visitor analytics so the site can be judged on what it brings in.
