Client sites often need one small feature that no off-the-shelf plugin does cleanly. The workshop sets one standard for naming, security checks and packaging so each custom plugin installs like any other.

1. Wrote a build procedure: confirm the need, plan the files, build, package as a zip and iterate.
2. Set shared standards for naming, security checks, clean uninstall and plugin readme files.
3. Built a sales report dashboard for online stores with date presets, filters, period comparison, charts and CSV and PDF export.
4. Built a restaurant hours manager with kitchen hours, holiday overrides, shortcodes and a feed other tools can read.
5. Built a log of administrator and plugin changes, and a cart bar that shows how close a shopper is to free shipping.
6. Built the Bite PGH business directory, which has its own page here.

Started in February 2026. The sales report plugin was adjusted in August 2026 to run on an older server for Oaklander Marketplace, and the directory plugin reached its latest build in July 2026.
