The brief

Finding a time that works for a whole group usually means a long text thread. This app lets an organizer share one link and everyone tap the times they can make, on a phone, without signing up.

What we built

Organizers pick specific dates or days of the week and a time range, then share one link or QR code.
Guests enter a name and tap slots to mark Available, If Need Be or Unavailable, with no account.
A group heat map shows overlap at a glance, and tapping a slot shows who can make it.
Shows one day at a time on phones and uses large touch targets so the grid stays readable.
Detects the viewer's time zone automatically and exports responses as a spreadsheet file.

Where it stands

Built and deployed in March 2026, first under the yinzfree.com address. That address was later reassigned, and the app now runs at its own project address.
