Miles Media wanted to see what a more cinematic version of its own homepage could look like, using its existing brand colors and typeface. The aim was more motion and bigger photography without the look of a stock agency template.

  1. Built two standalone concepts first, a dark one with an animated hero and a light editorial one, and carried the light one forward.
  2. Added a swipeable carousel of all fifteen client sites in browser frames, with drag, arrows and a caption strip.
  3. Rebuilt the design on the live site's own fonts, colors and square buttons, and removed decorative effects that looked generic.
  4. Version 4 plays like a film title sequence: a Pittsburgh title card pulls into the headline and a river map runs its own tour.
  5. Added seven verbatim Google reviews, then built a reel-style concept that replays the showreel's shots as the visitor scrolls.
  6. Checked each version with automated screenshot runs at phone and desktop widths.
  • Browser-framed case study carousel
  • Film title sequence
  • Animated river map
  • Scroll-driven reel concept

Concepts built between September 5 and October 4, 2026. None has replaced the live homepage yet.
