Bliss Skin Studio

Bliss Skin Studio is a one-room esthetics studio inside a salon in Centerville, Ohio. The old site sent clients to a separate booking page, and the studio's address and details did not match across the web.

1. Designed a dark, candlelit look from the colors on the owner's own inspiration board.
2. Listed all 36 services with real prices and durations, kept in step with the studio's booking calendar.
3. Built booking into the site itself: clients choose several services, pick a time up to twelve weeks out and book without leaving.
4. Added suggested add-ons beside each service, and a waitlist for days that are full.
5. Set up alerts to the owner's email for new bookings and cancellations, plus a Monday recap of waitlist requests.
6. Tracked bookings and calls in Google Analytics and corrected the studio's Google Business Profile details.
