ECS staff editing guides

School staff are not web developers, and most of the redesigned pages are built from blocks they had never edited. They needed instructions they could follow without calling for help on every change.

1. Wrote an editing guide covering every redesigned page, with the exact clicks for each change.
2. Recorded six short captioned videos on hidden practice pages, so staff can watch a change before making one.
3. Added 21 screenshots of the real editing screens.
4. Wrote separate task guides for posting athletics news, keeping the campus progress page current and building the school newsletter.
5. Published a style guide with the school's colors, type and button rules for staff and designers.
