GuestMarket platform

Most hotels already stock a grab-and-go market near the lobby, but a guest in their room at night will not walk down to it. GuestMarket puts that market on the guest's phone and gives hotel staff and managers the tools to run it. Each hotel keeps its own branding, products and delivery hours, and groups can see all their properties together.

1. Built the guest store: scan a card, browse by category, fill a bag, add a tip, then charge the room or pay by card.
2. Built the staff order board, with a chime and email for every order, a printable signature slip and an end-of-day room-charge export.
3. Gave managers tools to add products and photos, set prices and delivery hours, run promo codes and schedule featured products.
4. Added reports on revenue, top sellers and busiest hours, and QR cards that carry each hotel's logo and are checked to scan before printing.
5. Built an operator portal and guided setup that bring a new hotel online, assign its plan and show activity across all properties.
6. Offered three store designs and per-hotel branding, so each property looks like itself and nothing mentions GuestMarket.
