GuestMarket lets hotel guests scan a card in their room, order from a store that looks like the hotel, and have staff bring it up. The buyer is a hotel general manager who owns the property's numbers and has heard many pitches. The usual objections are that guests will not download an app, there is no room for a kiosk and nobody wants a new supplier.

  1. Answered the common objections in the first screen, in the words a general manager would use: no app, no kiosk, no new supplier.
  2. Built an order-flow page that walks through eight steps from scan to room charge, showing the screen each person sees.
  3. Put a phone mockup of the guest store on the home page so the product is visible at once.
  4. Set out the two plans side by side and answered the practical questions managers ask, such as how overnight orders work.
  5. Kept one call to action, booking a walkthrough, wherever a reader is likely to be convinced.
  6. Chose a color palette of its own so GuestMarket does not look like any one hotel's product.
