Northlake Summit

Northlake Summit is a privately owned mountain house at Deep Creek Lake in Maryland whose owners take bookings themselves. The old site was an unfinished design-template export that still showed placeholder contact details. Bookings through listing platforms cost commission, so the property needed a site that answers a guest's questions and takes the inquiry directly.

1. Rebuilt the site around the photography, with a gallery of 39 photos and a walkthrough video of the house.
2. Answered the practical questions up front: how many it sleeps, what is in the house and how far the slopes and lake are.
3. Listed nearby places with drive times, since most rental inquiries come down to how far everything is.
4. Added a booking calendar that shows the house's real availability, with call, text and email options beside it.
5. Wrote a book-direct section and a season-by-season guide to the area, using the owners' real guest reviews.
6. Added an inquiry form that opens the guest's email app with the details already filled in.
