Pam the Pug (Vortex Runner)

A quick test of how good a runner could feel: a twisting tunnel that bends up into the distance, fast controls, and a black pug that stays readable against a dark background.

1. Built a half-pipe tunnel that twists as you run and bends up into the distance, so it reads as a vortex.
2. Put hydrants, crates, wide fences and sliding rollers in the way, with bones laid out to tempt you toward danger.
3. Set three difficulty levels, with five lives, three lives or a single hit, plus a bonus for streaks of bones.
4. Faded the tunnel from a neon grid into a sunny park as you go.
5. Designed phone controls where the whole screen steers and a tap or flick jumps, and cut detail on phones to keep it smooth.
