Custom software development

When off-the-shelf software makes your team work around it, custom software works around your team. We design, build and look after software that fits the way your business actually runs.

Most businesses run on a mix of subscriptions, spreadsheets and habits. That works until the gaps between them start costing real time and real customers. Custom software closes those gaps with one system built for your process, whether that is an app your customers use, a tool your staff use every day, or both.

  • Your team types the same information into two or three different apps.
  • A spreadsheet has quietly become the most important system in the business.
  • You pay for several subscriptions that each do part of one job.
  • Customers give up because ordering, booking or getting a quote takes too many steps.
  • You have a way of working that sets you apart, and no product supports it.
  • Customer-facing web apps

Ordering, booking, instant previews and client portals that customers open from a link or a QR code.

  • CRMs and internal tools

One place for clients, projects, hours, invoices and leads, arranged the way your team works.

  • AI features with a clear job

Previews that win customers, assistants that answer calls and inbox help that suggests the next step.

  • Branded games and interactive

Games, learning apps and exhibits that open from a link and give people a reason to come back.

  • Free tools that bring in leads

Calculators and checkers that answer a customer's question and start the conversation.

Off-the-shelf software is built for the average business. That is fine until your process is the thing that makes you better than the competition, and the tool keeps pushing you toward everyone else's way of working.

Custom software starts from the problem. We find out what is slow, expensive or error-prone today, build the smallest version that fixes it, put it in front of real users early, and grow it from there. You only pay for features your business uses.

Every project gets a fixed price before any work starts, and there are no long-term contracts. What moves the price is easy to see up front: how many kinds of people use the software, how many tools it connects to, and whether existing records have to move into it.

Small tools take a day or two. Bigger systems reach a first working version within a few weeks and then grow in steps. Our own CRM has been in daily use since March 2026 and has grown one update at a time.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on how many people use it, what it connects to and whether existing records move into it. You get a fixed price before any work starts, so the number does not change halfway through, and there are no long-term contracts.

Is custom software better than off-the-shelf?

Not always. If an existing product fits how you work, use it. Custom software makes sense when your team spends hours working around a tool, or when your process is part of what makes your business better.

How long does it take?

Small tools take a day or two. Larger apps reach a first working version within a few weeks and keep improving from real use. You get a specific timeline once we understand the problem.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Usually. Custom software can connect to the payment, email and calendar tools you already pay for. The CRM in our case studies sends invoices through Square, for example.

Who looks after it after launch?

We can host it, keep it updated and fix what comes up, with a written record of every change so each fix starts from the facts.
